Score one for the little guy!

So I heard a new company recently beat out the Daring Foundation for the remaining inventory of movies left over from when Hollywood Video went bankrupt like so many other businesses during this bloody recession. The winner? Former Movie Gallery district manager and Vegreville Six member Donnie Bellum. Word is he is going to start an online rental progam ala NetFlix and Zip.ca. Good luck to him since this was a striking blow to the Darings and their apparent collusion with Jason Saxon.

The rumors are true. FlickPix.com should be online soon.

Well, word is that Claudia Daring may inherit the entire company. Old Man Daring is apparently really sick and her husband seems to be on the outs with the rest of the family... dare we say a coup within the Emerald City?

Well, considering they just recently bought out Bluetooth and RIM(the makers of the Blackberry phones/PDAs), I think the Darings should be okay
